Convert Windows 8 Desktop into macOS Mojave
A visual transformation project that turns a plain Windows 8 machine into something that looks — and largely behaves — like macOS Mojave, without touching any Apple hardware.
What actually changes
The build covers UI packs, a dock replacement to swap the taskbar for a macOS-style dock, cursor themes, Mojave wallpaper packs and a login screen swap, layered on top of the existing Windows 8 install.
None of this touches the underlying operating system — it is purely visual and interface-level skinning, so everything Windows-specific still runs underneath.
Why do this instead of buying a Mac
It is a cheap way to get the Mac look and general feel on hardware you already own, and it is a good exercise in exactly how much of a desktop's identity comes from its icons, dock and window chrome rather than the OS core.
